Traveling around Prague
Public transport
You can also ride the public transport. You can go by bus from the Airport to the Mandarin Oriental hotel, the name of the stop is “Hellichova”. It can be different if you choose another hotel (then we will let you know all the differences).
The price for Prague’s public transport depends on how long you will travel. The shortest possible time slot you can purchase is 30 minutes. For example – it takes around 40 minutes to get from the airport to the Mandarin Oriental hotel, so you would need to buy a longer time slot, which is 90 minutes. You can buy the tickets in every tram and in every bus. If you travel by metro, you can buy the tickets before entering the metro station (usually under the ground). You can find the most up to date information as well as fares and timetables at the official public transport website.
Taxi
You can also use the taxi service. If you are used to using Uber, it also works in here. But for us, the best taxi service is Modrý Anděl. You can order your ride by calling this number: +420 737 222 333.
Interesting places
These places are in a walking distance from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel

Petřín is a small hill in the middle of Prague. You can get on top of it by the cable car and look out for Prague’s beauty.

Another place is a bridge that leads the way over the Vltava River and also over Střelecký Ostrov which is a small island under the bridge with a park and 2 coffee shops.

A traditional Czech Restaurant that offers a lot of options to choose from. Tlustá myš is really close to the hotel, so it makes it the best option to find out what is a typical Czech meal. And it has a lot of reviews as well as 4,5 stars on Google.
And these are the most beautiful places you should definitely visit while staying in Prague.
